The concept for this came from an INEOS Grenadiers focus group, with riders wanting a really warm base layer that could be pulled up over the face on descents.Constructed from SottoZero fabric that offers both insulation and breathability, the Flanders Warm High Neck Base Layer was made for the coldest training conditions that northern Europe experiences.It features a high-loft fleece on the inside that provides cosy warmth and feels soft against your skin.
